I fell in love with all of these characters in Hex Hall and throughout Demon Glass and to Spell Bound my love for them all just continued to grow. This series is the funniest paranormal book series I have read so far. You'll see what I mean when you read it. Not exactly what I was expecting when I added it to my ever growing TBR pile and even tho I would prefer it was written a bit differently, since it had alot potential, I still really liked it and it took me not much time to go through them all. I would have been a lot happier with this series. Hex Hall 4 books. Maybe if I'm not this sad anymore, I can give a proper review.

Not big on her boyfriend and best friend but her parents totally made it worth it. So much happens during the span of this book — and this entire series — that causes her to continue to grow yet still remain the same fantastic girl we know and love.

I did guess her mom was a Brannick, but I think that was obvious with how book two ended hide spoiler ] 3 Mrs. So I was trying to figure out how Hawkins was going to write him out. Though what they experienced is quite demonic too 4. If you have been a fan of the HEX Amigo voyage, you will most traduzidk voyage to xx this final amie.

If I had to pick a mood-food to go with these books it would have to be a big buttery bowl of popcorn. But darn it, I have all traduzid college work that I should do before I read the book. There were quite a few unexpected twists that happened on the tgaduzido through this book.

Spell Bound

So, I am not going to spoil anything here, but I will say that it was a big disappointment. My issues about the book are: CarterRachel Higginson and now Rachel Hawkins. Just as Sophie Mercer has come to accept her extraordinary magical powers as a demon, the Prodigium Council strips them away. Quotes from Spell Bound.

Sophie continues to be annoyingly and unnecessarily witty and filled with smartass remarks in this book, whilst the evil witches had already launched their attack, people are dying and her daddy, best friend and love interests are missing in a burning building.

Because that's where I read books The above is my pre-reading review. I mean I know Sophie is super strong, buuuuut it just seemed to easy, especially after all the hype that was placed on it.

She was just downright annoying. It's an ending not without sacrifice, but where I still sighed with complete happiness when I was done. I had a hard time staying engaged in the story, especially since there were moments that seemed to lend themselves to a bigger emotional punch view spoiler [such as the revelation that her mom is a Brannick, the early interactions with Cal, seeing her father again, Archer being tortured, etc hide spoiler ] than were portrayed.

I think all of my favorite authors are conspiring against me to have totally awful cliffhangers and not publish their books for extended periods of time.
